If your account experiences a stop-out due to an Expert Advisor (EA) or copy trading strategies, it means your margin level has dropped below 20%, causing your open positions to be automatically closed to prevent further losses.
Vantage only provides the trading platform and is not directly involved in managing EAs or copy trading strategies. Clients should be aware of the risks involved with automated strategies, as they can lead to significant losses if not properly managed.
To minimize risks, clients can adjust EA or copy trading strategies settings to control trade size and should regularly monitor their accounts to avoid reaching the stop-out level.
