Why can't I trade certain products on MetaTrader?

If you're having trouble trading certain products on MetaTrader, please follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:

Check your login status

• If you see an "invalid account" message, this indicates that you have entered incorrect login credentials.
• If the "new order" option is grayed out or unavailable, you may be logged in with a read-only password, or your login was unsuccessful.

Check for tradable products
Certain products are only available in specific account types.

Check trading hours
Right-click on the product and select "specification" to view its trading hours.

Margin requirements
If you do not have sufficient margin in your account to support a trade for a specific product, you may be unable to execute that trade.
