"Authorization failed" error message typically indicates an issue with your login attempt, often due to an incorrect password or an incorrect server selection.
To resolve this, first, ensure that you are connecting to the correct server for your trading account. Next, double-check that you are using the correct trading account password, not your client portal password. If you are uncertain about your trading account password, you can reset it through the client portal. After making these checks, try logging in again to see if the issue is resolved.
