If you receive an "invalid account" error message when trying to log in to your trading account, it may indicate that the login credentials or server information are incorrect. Here are some things to check:
Incorrect login credentials:
Ensure that you have entered the correct trading account number and password. Pay special attention to letter case and make sure you distinguish between the letter "O" and the number "0." Also, ensure there are no blank spaces before, during, or after the account number and password.

Server information:
Make sure you are connecting to the correct server. Using the wrong server can result in this error.
Demo account expiration:
If the "invalid account" error appears when logging into a demo account, it may be because the demo account has expired. In this case, you will need to create a new demo account.
